Shipping Update: Bluetooth Image Dock Batch 3 Now Shipping & VidaBay Duo Shipping Delay Notice

Thank you for your continued interest in and support for VidaBay products. We are writing to formally update you on the latest shipping status of two of our products.
1. Batch 3 of the Bluetooth Image Dock Is Now Shipping
We are pleased to formally announce that the third batch of pre-orders for the VidaBay Bluetooth Image Dock for Android devices has entered the shipping process. All eligible orders will be dispatched sequentially in the order of payment. Tracking numbers will be updated in your order backend, and a shipping notification email will also be sent to your registered email address. You may log into your account or check your email at any time for logistics details and delivery status.
Designed to resolve NFC image transfer compatibility issues on select Android devices, the Bluetooth Image Dock works by securing your VidaBay Snap into the dock and connecting it to a 5V 2A power source via the Type‑C port — compatible with standard power supplies such as power banks and computers. It supports stable Bluetooth image transmission within an effective range of 1 meter, and the dock also doubles as a display stand.
2. VidaBay Duo Shipping Schedule Adjustment & Apology
Due to unforeseen disruptions in cross-border transportation, shipment of the VidaBay Couple Duo – Dual-Sided E-Ink Gift Set, originally scheduled for October 28, 2026, has been rescheduled to November 2, 2026. Orders will be dispatched sequentially on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
We sincerely apologize to all customers who have completed pre-order payments. We fully understand your anticipation for the new product. Our team is closely monitoring the entire logistics chain and working to minimize handling time for warehousing, sorting, and packaging upon arrival, so that orders can be shipped out immediately once the goods arrive at our facility. Should there be any further progress updates, we will notify you promptly via official in-site channels.
The VidaBay Duo is a battery-free, dual-sided color E-Ink bag charm. Images remain displayed for a long time after refresh, with no ongoing power required. It is built with a standalone NFC chip, which can be configured via NFC tag tools to share social links, digital business cards and more, and is also compatible with select NFC access control systems.
